Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in ensuring quality across platform and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience testing custom platforms and enterprise SaaS solutions (such as Salesforce), driving regression test automation, and managing quality across multiple products simultaneously. This role requires deep technical testing skills, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a quality-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Engineering & Testing
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for platform and mobile applications
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing across multiple products
Ensure high quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle
Automation & Regression Testing
Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test suites
Select and implement appropriate automation tools and frameworks
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing
Platform, Mobile & SaaS Testing
Test custom-built platforms and enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce)
Validate integrations, data flows, APIs, and third-party system interactions
Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability
Multi-Product Quality Ownership
Manage testing activities across multiple products and releases concurrently
Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, business impact, and delivery timelines
Provide clear visibility on quality status, risks, and release readiness
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams
Mentor junior QA engineers and review test cases and automation scripts
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Quality Metrics & Process Improvement
Define and track quality metrics such as defect leakage, automation coverage, and test effectiveness
Drive improvements in testing processes, tools, and best practices
Support UAT, production validation, and post-release quality analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing
Strong experience testing platform and mobile applications
Hands-on experience with custom platforms and SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce)
Proven expertise in regression test automation
Ability to manage and test multiple products simultaneously
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
