Responsibilities:
8+ Years of Experience (Confident decision making and voice)
• Coding and system design to support the platform
• Update / create technical documentation based on project need
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product features, and schedules
• Looked at as a budding leader
• Has a mind towards innovation
Skills:
• Proven proficiency at a very high level in JavaScript and TypeScript running on Node.js required)
• Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required)
• Strong experience with SQL, MySQL or NoSQL database design and implementation
• Strong understanding of REST API's, micro-services and serverless technologies
• Experience working in an agile development environment and within a small but nimble scrum team
Education:
• BE/BTech/BS/MS/MTech degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• Experience working with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), C++, Java, HTML, and Perl.
• Experience working in Angular, React Native, and Node.JS frameworks
• Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Bitbucket, and GIT
• Experience working in an agile methodology
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming
• A working understanding of Test Driven Development and CI/CD best practices
• AWS experience, a plus • Hands-on development with financial platforms, a plus.
