We are looking for a seasoned technology and business leader with 18+ years of global experience, preferably from a top 5 consulting or IT services firm. The ideal candidate should have successfully led large teams (100+ members) and demonstrated excellence in end-to-end delivery ownership and enterprise-scale program management.
Key Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong domain expertise in Payments and BFSI is a must
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation and AI-led initiatives
- Experience in managing large, complex programs with global delivery teams
- Deep expertise in client engagement, presales, and delivery leadership
- Hands-on experience in account management and P&L ownership
- Strong focus on people management and organizational alignment
- Ability to drive strategic outcomes and deliver measurable business value
