We would like to hire a Payroll Specialist who worked on KEKA and other HR systems and has sound knowledge of payroll to take care of all our company day to day financial tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure Smooth flow of Payroll from Hiring to salary payouts
- Ensure Payroll Inputs are accurate every month with 0 errors
- Be excellent at reporting and MIS to present data to leadership
- Ensure the Increments and computations are accurate and in line with company strategy
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Pedigree:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
