Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile best practices and ensure the seamless execution of our Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, foster collaboration, and continuously improve team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Facilitation & Agile Leadership
· Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams.
· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
· Ensure Agile principles and Scrum framework are effectively followed.
Team Performance & Delivery
· Guide teams toward high performance by identifying and removing impediments.
· Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
· Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized product backlogs.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
· Act as a bridge between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
· Drive alignment between business goals and Agile team deliverables.
· Provide transparency on team progress through burn-down charts, velocity reports, and other Agile metrics.
Process Improvement & Agile Transformation
· Drive Agile maturity and adoption across the organization.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
· Train and mentor team members on Agile methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
· 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
· Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
· Experience using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
· Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in large-scale Agile transformations.
· Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience working in a scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
